Arborescence Consulting is born from a reality check: too little companies and leaders walk the talk. Why? Because finding the right balance between business and people needs is a skill in itself. Addressing people's needs is an art that goes beyond a simplistic human resources management, it's about exploring the roots of human psychology.
Founded by Morgan Hyonne, Business Psychologist and Coach, Arborescence Consulting works closely with all types of organisations on nurturing people growth, from the identification of their needs to the creation of leading, best-practice and tailored development programs for individuals and teams.
Organisations are like forests, a real ecosystem in which trees co-exist. We believe that helping employees explore what type of trees they are allows them to stand out. We prune and train the individuals’ unicity as well as cultivate the group development to address the organisational objectives more effectively.
